| I enjoy taking my car to this mechanic shop I?ve been coming here for years I heard great reviews from my brother in law. The guys are very professional and I?m all about how am treated and They have extremely gray customer service and they explain in detail what?s wrong with your car or recommend if you need something they will work with you and getting the job done. |

| Steve; I really am shocked by the latest report I have on my car. Upsell is a reality of business, but when Kelly told me to junk my car..when it not worth fixing the front axle, it had bent the tie rods, it would cost $1,600 to repair, and then drivable for only a few months, and it was dangerous to drive...and that he would ask one of your mechanics if they wanted the car....I actually donated it to charity (which I rescinded). The battery was dead and the AAA guy who started it, asked if I wanted a second opinion. He said get in touch with a repair service and gave me a business card. Marco drove the car. The boots were replaced (4) and he said I could drive it for 5 years. It cost $389. The car is fine. I remember Kelly saying the same thing to me in the past - "undriveable," "your safety,"etc. I always followed your employees advice and spent far more than the car is worth because I trusted it. I hate saying this because of the 35 years I've been your customer. |

| I am a repeat customer. I was quoted a price for break pads and rotors on all for tires that was significantly less than the price bid from the dealer. I didn't have an appointment. I arrived fairly early in the morning. I dropped the car off. Within 2 hours I received a formal, exact cost. Everything was completed by 2:00pm. Easy in, easy out. The staff is always nice. |
