| 100% satisfaction EVERY time I've brought my car to Crestview. There's a handful of service industries where 'trust' comes in to play. And for the majority of us, auto repair is at the top of the list. THESE are the guys to trust. Not only with the quality of their work but with their assessment of what you need or don't need done. Good people and great service. They're busy for a reason. |

| The guys at Crestview are TOP NOTCH. Not only are they the best, most kind people in the auto business, they deliver better service than just about any other industry. I truly trust them 100%. They are always honest and realistic. I believe that when I take my car to them they will either fix it at a fair price, or give me a realistic timeline to plan for future updates. They always take time to talk to me about me personally, and make the experience positive. I used to get major anxiety when I needed to go to the auto repair shop, but now I actually look forward to seeing the staff. I feel so lucky to have found them, especially as a woman! I have always felt taken advantage of in a male-dominated business, but not at Crestview!! |

| My 1997 Camry needed lube and oil. It was done in a timely manner. I was made aware that my rear brakes needed new pads and machine rotor so I gave permission to do so over the telephone. That was done in the time that was estimated. Kelly was very nice to work with. |

| We've been taking our cars to Crestview for almost twenty years. They have taken over all maintenance after our new Toyotas and Lexuses didn't need to go the the dealer anymore (one or two times after purchase). We now have a 10 yr. old Toyota and a 5 yr. old Lexus and we trust these experts to keep them running reliably and safely. They inspect everything even if you are only in for an oil change. |
