| How come your ratings only go to "5" -- I think you deserve much more; of course I'd likely say that for any scale you post, so just accept the blame for its cause. After all these years (OK, most haven't had on-line reviews included) I continue to be so pleased to be able to take advantage of your great work & extreme trust you've established from me. Driving today was bored at a red light so while looking at dirt on my windshield, noticed sticker you place when next "check-up" is due with you -- both calendar date & mileage. Of course had always noted it, but this is good opportunity to let you know how helpful it is. So thanks for another provided asset from Crestview. |

| The guys at Crestview are TOP NOTCH. Not only are they the best, most kind people in the auto business, they deliver better service than just about any other industry. I truly trust them 100%. They are always honest and realistic. I believe that when I take my car to them they will either fix it at a fair price, or give me a realistic timeline to plan for future updates. They always take time to talk to me about me personally, and make the experience positive. I used to get major anxiety when I needed to go to the auto repair shop, but now I actually look forward to seeing the staff. I feel so lucky to have found them, especially as a woman! I have always felt taken advantage of in a male-dominated business, but not at Crestview!! |

| My 1997 Camry needed lube and oil. It was done in a timely manner. I was made aware that my rear brakes needed new pads and machine rotor so I gave permission to do so over the telephone. That was done in the time that was estimated. Kelly was very nice to work with. |
