| My four-hour tune up was done in half-a-day. It's the second one I've had at Crestview. I'll have my third one there in the future. My 2002 Mazda MPV means I have to have service frequently. I know where to go because I've never had a car problem they couldn't fix. They service my wife's Ford Explorer, too. |

| Team Crestview: Don't you guys get bored reading my continued accolades about your superbly outstanding care for my car? If not, please continue! Again, thanks so very much for taking care of my car's most recent, surprise visit. I appreciate your continued excellent professional service, and am also in gratitude for your personal kindness. Additionally, the tow truck driver was glad I was able to use my personal experience with side streets to enable us to get there quickly while Steve W. was still there. But your direction where to leave my car should you have left was obviously thoughtfully helpful & comforting. Like I'd let someplace else touch my car? You'll notice I made no specific references to what you did to repair my car. In a business as yours, I take for granted what's wrong will be appropriately & correctly fixed, & since you have the records I see no reason to reiterate what was done. You've built my confidence & trust in your evaluations over many years, which you always relate to me prior to performing the work, and confirm my faith upon completion & use thereafter.
