| I had a problem that did not prevent me from driving my car but it was driving me crazy. I drove it in. They ordered the part. It was there in an hour. I came back and the whole thing took a little over an hour. This is great service and the cost was reasonable. I expected that they would have to order the part and that I would be coming back another time. Nope! All done quickly. |

| Service is consistently reliable and I never feel like I'm being "ripped off." I used to get a price from the Lexus dealer before I'd get my price from Crestview Service. I don't waste my time anymore because the dealer pricing will never be equal or less to Crestview. Everyone is friendly and warm and they know me and all of the cars in our family now. I recommend them highly and have sent many friends their way as a result. |

| I brought in our car because there was a noise that seemed to come from the front left tire, but the tires seemed to be fine. I drove up on a day when the shop was busy, a car in every service bay and another one in front... I had no appointment!! Within 20 minutes, someone had driven the car to listen to that noise, put the car up to look at that particular tire, found a BOLT in said tire - and also evaluated the other tires. Turns out I was driving on borrowed time so-to-speak, the tire could have gone at any moment, AND my entire set was over eight years old and past due for replacement. Any time one of our cars has had an issue, Crestview has been prompt, courteous, and we get the car when promised. Most of the time we seem to have an "emergency" because the problem arises before we have to go somewhere. And somehow, even without appointment, Crestview fits it into their schedule and gets the job done. We trust the shop - and workmanship. Crestview is a great resource. |

| Kelly took good care of us. He was courteous, professional and efficient. He explained after our oil change and tire rotation that we needed rear brakes and tires. We knew it was time.He explained the difference in tires and told us what was on special. Our work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The work was excellent and everyone was friendly and hhelpful. This is an oasis...and it's a longtime family business! |
