Definitely very trustworthy, prompt and professional...just more expensive! I guess you get what you pay for! |

I have been bringing my CRV to Crestview for several decades now including during the warranty period. I have appreciated the interactions regarding the items requiring immediate or future attention and the suggestions they offer. I shall continue to recommend Crestview to my friends for any automotive concern. I especially appreciate their interaction and assistance to anyone unfamiliar with automotive concerns, including women. |

As always honest service and a very fair price. Took a bit longer than I'd hoped, but they were pretty "stacked up" at the time. |

Crestview is a great garage, the people are amicable and seem knowledgeable. I wish that it were not so expensive to keep my car maintained. |
|
as always, perfection. |

I have noticed scratch marks in my console's after I have had my car repaired. Example in a glove box, and on the Gear Shift platform. May want to cover those areas or use gloves if accessing repairs from areas that can be scratched. Otherwise your service is good. One more thing missing is s car wash or rinse after a major repair. $500.00 or more. |

They are very professional, exact and prompt service. The shop is clean. |

Very good job covering my complete 90,000 mile check-up at a fair price. Would have been 5 stars if everything was completed. (Asked to have trim reseated on left rear window, and it was not addressed.) |

i'm usually satisfied with your work, and have been a long time customer. but normally the diagnostic fee is put toward the repair at any other shop or dealer. but you charged me a diagnostic fee separate from the repair fees. costing me over $100 more than necessary. |
Shop Comment Michael, Proper diagnostics take time, continuous training, and expensive test equipment to do properly. We would be giving away many hours a day of labor a day if we did not charge for it. I believe that most shops find a way to recover the cost of diagnostic time weather it's hidden in the price of the repair or listed separately. I hope this helps you understand why we must charge for this time. Thank You, Steve |

My car is still not well. The brakes still seem to inhibit driving. Haven't tested it on the freeway yet, but driving down Overland Blvd from National to Pico, with green lights all the way, never got over 40 mph. The automatic gear changes seemed O.K., but no power even when pushed to overdrive. Not happy. |

You guys have overlooked huge things on my car. Last time I paid for an inspection, you didn't see my power steering pump was broken and leaking. This last time you charged me $70 for new wipers and installed ones that obviously didn't fit my car. Then Honda replaced the rubber on them for $15 total (instead of the $70) On my last trip I arrived at your shop a half-hour before you opened, and was the first customer there, and it took you until 2pm to get my drive belt replaced. Also, last time you guys called me to say "My car is done" I walked a mile back only to find that you didn't have the windshield wipers to repair my car and it would be 3 hours. In my book that's not done. I really wanted you guys to be my reliable repair shop in a new city I moved to a few years ago. The family I have out here recommended you and all of them have been coming to your shop for over 30 years, and I don't feel like I can rely on you to ensure that my car is working well. Every one of my repairs in the last year resulted in unneeded time being wasted, and paying for work that wasn't done properly on my car, so I will be taking my car elsewhere. I know the rest of my family isn't impressed with all this either and I don't know if any of them will be returning either. |
