I always feel confident in what they recommend and know the work is actually needed, not just padding the bill. Their office is efficient and friendly. It's not some overdecorated, overpriced dealership, but a small room with lots of very funny cartoons displayed under glass about auto repair. |

| Our car got a flat tire that required us to purchase a new tire. While we waited for one tow truck after another to take the car to the shop over the course of two days, Crestview went ahead and ordered the right tire, so that when the car finally arrived, it was ready to be installed. Fabulous customer service! :-) |
